Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greeting Clients & Customers, directing them to the concerned department.
- Connecting regular calls & Conference calls.
- Prepare List of ISD & Local Calls made from EPBAX.
- Has to arrange – Cab Bookings, Hotel Room Reservations, Guest House Bookings, Flight, Train & Bus Bookings & conference rooms bookings.
- Scanning Documents & Business Cards.
- Coordinate with courier services for Dispatching requisite documents/materials and handle their payments.
- Lodging complaints with concerned Service Providers as & when found a problem & see to it that the problem gets resolved at the earliest.
The incumbent should be an Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in handling Front Office activities and should possess:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
