Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting end-to-end program and administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of various program & admin related activities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Co-Ordinator Role
- The incumbent will be engaged in program management support functions. Assist in logistics and coordination for conferences, programs, and events, including vendor coordination and on-ground support
- Coordinate visits of domestic and overseas visitors, including planning the entire itinerary and coordinating with travel agencies, transport service providers, and hotels.
- Develop and maintain a database of service providers such as hotels, event managers, AV vendors, banner designers/printers/installers, brochure developers, and printing vendors.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with service providers to ensure the smooth conduct of executive development programs.
- Create and regularly update a database of potential participants for various programs.
- Send emails and brochures to potential participants.
- Maintain a well-organised library of documents, records, and books with proper indexing and file management for easy reference.
- Admin Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Admin Manager, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, calendars, and routine correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements, including facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
- Support administrative activities such as procurement, inventory tracking, and office upkeep.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and logistics.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and execution of administrative tasks
- Support routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks with a proactive approach.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduate with excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in research.
- A pleasing personality with the right attitude and a strong desire to learn and excel.
- Willingness to travel.
