Position : HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Experience : 2 – 5 yrs
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Reporting To: HR Manager/Sr. Manager

Role Overview:

The HR Executive will play a critical role in strengthening the organisation’s talent pipeline while simultaneously enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. The role carries a 70% focus on end-to-end Talent Acquisition and 30% focus on Employee Engagement initiatives, ensuring both hiring excellence and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand role requirements, competencies, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, consultants, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical / managerial interview rounds.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
  • Drive offer rollouts, negotiation support, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on HRMS / ATS.

B. Employee Engagement (30%)

  • Support and execute employee engagement initiatives such as townhalls, celebrations, cultural events, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
  • Assist in employee communication initiatives, internal campaigns, and engagement calendars.
  • Coordinate employee surveys and support data collation and action planning.
  • Function as a point of contact for employees on engagement-related queries and initiatives.
  • Support new joiner engagement programs, buddy systems, and induction experiences.
  • Partner with HR Manager/Sr. Manager to strengthen workplace culture, collaboration, and employee morale.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Experience with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and ATS/HRMS
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle
  • Data tracking and reporting skills.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA) in Human Resources or an allied field
