We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Full Stack Data Scientist to help us develop and implement advanced analytical models, contributing to our mission of solving complex problems in various sectors.

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our data science projects, from conceptualization to deployment. Your primary responsibilities will include feature engineering, model building, optimization, and deployment. Additionally, skills in full stack app development will be highly regarded as they will enable you to contribute to the development of end-to-end data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Engineering: Identify key features from extensive datasets and engineer new ones to enhance model performance.
• Data Handling: Collaborate with clients to navigate intricate and diverse datasets, offering support in overcoming various data-related challenges.
• Product Development: Create and implement data science products and solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Model Optimization: Employ advanced techniques like cross-validation and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model accuracy and efficiency.
• Model Deployment: Collaborate closely with our engineering team to seamlessly deploy models into production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experts in machine learning engineering and design within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
• Full Stack Development (Bonus): If you have the expertise, contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack data-driven applications, facilitating smooth model integration and user interaction.
• Black Paper Presentation: Produce Black papers to highlight issues that require urgent attention and to prompt discussions or actions toward change, offering alternative, often non-traditional solutions to the problems discussed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Up to 2 to 4 years of experience in a data science or related role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Knowledge of full stack development is a significant plus, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular, and backend technologies like Node.js or Flask.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
