Sathguru Celebrates the Festival of Light

Just like every year, the Diwali celebration at Sathguru this year was nothing less. Team Sathguru connected virtually for a grand Diwali event on November 22 evening. There were firecrackers and delicacies, beautiful rangolis and colourful ethnic attires – framed neatly to give a real feel to the virtual celebration. It was a wonderful journey through the lit up and vibrantly decorated homes of our associates, the lighting up of the Diwali crackers to the pretty faces adding the glow to the celebration. Though Diwali rituals and traditions were cross-cultural and diverse, the happiness to celebrate the festival along with the near ones seemed to be quite identical.

We got a glimpse of the merrymaking at each one’s house and their hometowns through the creative decorations and rangolis they made. The event was extremely interactive with Diwali related brain teasers and fun polls on the best-dressed associates. The celebration continued with a delightful dance performance followed by a melodious song and the associates and their family sharing their Diwali experiences.

As a boon of the pandemic Interacting and celebrating with the families of the associates was a new addition to the Diwali delight this time. As the saying goes, the more the merrier, so was the celebration vibrant and exuberant with all the participants and their families. The spirit of Diwali continued with lots of smile, laughter and delight as we became a part of everybody’s celebration.
