Position : Sr.Associate / Assoc.Manger – Audit & Assurance
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification : CA from ICAI.

Description:
Sr.Associate / Assoc. Manager – Audit is responsible for organizing and overseeing all kinds of audits in accordance with the annual audit plan. He / She will oversee the review process then make any necessary recommendations to change policies or implement new systems.
Responsibilities:
He / She will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
- Planning, coordination and execution of audit engagements.
- Conduct various types of Audits like statutory audit, special audit and audit to be conducted under IFRS & USGAAP
- Support in designing internal controls for the clients to have check on the system.
- Produce reports highlighting issues and providing potential solutions.
- Active engagement with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the business.
- Develop effective business relationships with key stakeholders which should result in increased business opportunities.
- Coach team and make sure the team delivers high quality work, as per the methodology, on time and budget.
- Coordination with the client staff to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients.
- Providing additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis.
Desired Profile:
- Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
- Possess 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Working knowledge of IGAAP And IndAS
- Experience of leading, supervising and coaching members of staff
- Delivering results and meeting client expectations
- Analyzing and presenting recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should be willing to travel on need basis.
- Exposure to international clients would be added advantage
