Position : Contract Associate – HR

Job Profile:
This Position is suitable for highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) & an inclination to learn.
The trainee will assist HR Head in Talent Acquisition efforts. Major activities include:

  • Preparing Job Descriptions
  • Posting the Jobs on all the available Job Portals and other related websites (i.e. Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter etc.)
  • Sourcing , screening & shortlisting the relevant profiles
  • 1st level of assessment of candidates
  • Coordinating for the Tests and the Interviews
  • Onboarding and induction
  • Any other assigned HR related activities
