Position : Senior Executive / Executive -Talent Acquisition (Corporate Role)

Job Profile:
Executive Talent Acquisition will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team & is responsible for complete Talent Acquisition activities of the organisation not limiting to
- Preparation of Job Descriptions.
- Identify appropriate hiring source for open positions.
- Posting the Jobs on all the available Job Portals and other related social networking websites.
- Review and recommend relevant profiles by conducting initial screening.
- Coordinating for the Tests and the Interviews at various levels.
- Co-ordinate with departmental heads/reporting managers for the completion selection process.
- Continuous updation of resume database.
- Co-ordinate for Campus placements from B Schools for both summer and full-time placement and co-coordinate end to end campus interview process.
- Preparation and issue of offer letters and appointment letters.
- Ensure candidates engagement from Offer till onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities and completion of onboarding process.
Candidates profile:
- MBA HR from a premier Institution with 2-4 yrs. of experience.
- Excellent communication skills-Verbal and written.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Should have worked in Recruitment Team of medium/large scale organization preferably in Business Consulting sector.
- Logical & analytical skills with a passion to deliver excellence.
