Job description :
- Diagnostics based design of technology solutions for automation and process transformation using key technology levers such as Process Automation ( RPA), Business process management, Analytics, AI and ML, COTS and MOTS integration to accomplish digital transformation
- Knowledge of business processes in emerging markets environment
- Ability to lead, design and execute enterprise solutions in a client interactive environment working with inter-disciplinary teams
- Ability to perceive consulting opportunities in varied client environment and develop client specific engagement opportunities for accomplishment of organizational agility
- Build and manage project plans, methodical execution of project plans with optimal deployment of resources in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Engineering graduate from reputed institute
- 6-10 years of experience with a major consulting firm or experience in a corporate role delivering strategy and operations projects with an emphasis in business transformation in different functional spheres
- Experience in design of new operating models and new digital technologies and execution
- Well versed with newer solutions like RPA, BPM, Mobile, Chatbots, Analytics, Blockchain etc
- Excellent leadership skills and spirit to engage in inter-disciplinary team based client assignments
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
